We specialize in individual therapy with Catholic young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, and more.
We also offer psychological assessment services aimed at clarifying diagnoses, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, informing treatment planning, and helping our clients understand themselves more deeply.
We specialize in providing psychological evaluations for individuals seeking to enter religious life or seminary.
